Product Description

Feature:

1.The dry glass beads are heated in such units to 250°C. Inserting of clean instruments into the glass bead bed completes the sterilization process, destroying all microorganisms, including spores in less than 10 seconds.

2.These glass bead offer high heat resistance of sudden cold and hot and high resistance of corrosion, and are suited for the daily heat cycling within glass bead sterilizers.

3.Best for metal tools. such as nail nippers, tweezers, salon peelers, eye-brown beauty and tatoo needles

How to Use:

Step 1:Place the sterilizer on a flat surface.
Step 2:Open the lid, the quartz sand into the liner; the number of quartz sand can not be too much (not more than 80% of the capacity of the liner).
Step 3:Turn on the power switch, heating indicator light, while disinfection began to heat.
Step 4:After 10 to 12 minutes of heating, the tools to be sterilized (eg scissors, razor, etc.) are inserted vertically into the quartz sand.
Step 5:Tools for 20 to 30 seconds or so, wear gloves to remove the tool to use.
Step 6:When the temperature of the sterilizer liner reaches 200 degree, the heating indicator will be automatically extinguished, disinfection machine to stop heating;

Step 7:when the liner temperature is reduced, the heating indicator will automatically light, the disinfection machine will automatically heat..
